By purchasing an NFT, you will receive a unique digital representation of the work on the blockchain. This makes you the owner of that particular digital token. However, purchasing an NFT does not transfer:
- Copyright or intellectual property rights to the artwork.
- The exclusive right to the image or its reproductions beyond the digital NFT format.
- Rights to make, distribute, or sell reproductions of the artwork in any form.
We retain all copyright and intellectual property rights related to this artwork, independent of NFT sales. This includes the right to make, sell, and distribute physical prints or other reproductions of the artwork, as well as to use the artwork for promotional purposes or other endeavors related to this artistic endeavor.
This statement is intended to provide clarity to all collectors and ensure transparency and mutual respect between the artist and the patron. We value the community’s support and always strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity in our work and transactions.
